We keep this small on purpose.

• Your email address, when you buy the worksheet system, so we can send you the download link and delivery-related messages.
• Payment details, handled entirely by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Basic site analytics, like which pages were visited and roughly where the visitor was in the world. No cross-site tracking, no ad networks.

• Anything you write on the worksheets. Those stay on your paper or your tablet.
• Contacts, location, microphone, camera, or device identifiers.
• Data we'd sell to advertisers or data brokers. We don't do that.

To deliver the product, respond to your emails, prevent fraud, and understand which parts of the site are working. That's the whole list.

A small number of service providers that make the site run — our payment processor, our email delivery provider, and our hosting provider. Each is bound by their own privacy terms and only receives what they need to do their job.

Order and email records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and support — typically up to seven years. Analytics data is retained in aggregate form only.

You can ask us to show you what we have on file, correct it, or delete it. If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have specific rights under GDPR, UK GDPR, and the CCPA/CPRA — we honor all of them regardless of where you live.

We use a small number of first-party cookies to keep the site working and to count visits in aggregate. No third-party advertising cookies.

The Light Load isn't designed for anyone under 13, and we don't knowingly collect data from children.
